Macaroni Cheese - Science Lesson
Today we were learning about how food and liquid change state by heating and cooling. We boiled macaroni, grated cheese and made a homemade cheese sauce. We enjoyed watching for all the changes including steam rising, boiling water, melting butter, melting cheese and mixing it altogether. The final verdict was DELICIOUS!
